Where we work
Greater Lansing, drawn at roughly half an hour's drive. It's a deliberately modest area, and it's the reason we can say someone will be there today and mean it.
A short list, on purpose
A good number of Lansing-area businesses are supported by companies thirty to fifty miles away. That works right up until something needs a person standing in front of it, and then a twenty-minute job becomes an afternoon of waiting behind three other stops.
We could put every town in Michigan on this page. Plenty of providers do. We’d rather be genuinely quick across Greater Lansing than claim the whole state and disappoint most of it.

Lansing
Ingham County
Our business is in Lansing, which means the on-site work happens the same day rather than whenever someone can make the drive over from Grand Rapids or Brighton.
East Lansing
Ingham County
East Lansing is about ten minutes from us, which puts most of it closer to our door than parts of Lansing itself.
Okemos
Ingham County
Okemos is roughly fifteen minutes from us, and it has a higher concentration of small practices than anywhere else we cover.
Holt
Ingham County
Holt sits about fifteen minutes south of us, and it's one of the parts of Greater Lansing most often handed off to a provider an hour away.
Grand Ledge
Eaton County
Grand Ledge is about twenty minutes west of us, on the Eaton County side, and it's the part of our area most often treated as somebody else's problem.
DeWitt
Clinton County
DeWitt is about twenty minutes north, on the Clinton County side of the line, and it's close enough that a same-day visit is normal rather than a favour.
Mason
Ingham County
Mason is about twenty-five minutes south of us, and as the Ingham County seat it carries a professional business base out of proportion to its size.
Haslett
Ingham County
Haslett is about fifteen minutes from us, over towards Lake Lansing, and it shares the professional character of the rest of Meridian Township.
Charlotte
Eaton County
Charlotte is about thirty minutes southwest of us, and as the Eaton County seat it carries both a professional core and a genuine manufacturing base.
St. Johns
Clinton County
St. Johns is about thirty minutes north of us, and it's the furthest point we cover properly rather than nominally.
There’s no travel charge anywhere in the area, and on the Advanced and Premium plans on-site visits are unlimited rather than counted.
Where our area stops
Around half an hour out. Past that we’d be making the same promise the forty-mile providers make, and we’d break it the same way they do.
If you’re sitting just beyond the towns above, ask anyway. The worst answer is a straight no and a recommendation of someone closer to you.
Questions we get asked
- What if we're just outside the towns listed?
- Ask. The list names the places we work most often rather than a fence. If you're within about half an hour of Lansing the answer is almost certainly yes, and if you're further out we'll tell you honestly rather than stretch.
- Why not cover more of Michigan?
- Because the promise would stop being true. On-site work the same day only works while the drive is short, and a provider covering Jackson, Howell and Grand Rapids from one place is exactly the arrangement most of our clients left.
- Do you charge for travel?
- No. There's no travel charge anywhere in our area, and on the Advanced and Premium plans on-site visits are unlimited rather than counted.
- Can you support a business with more than one location?
- Yes. Pricing is per device, so machines split across two sites cost the same as machines in one building, and remote support doesn't care which address someone is sitting at.
