Questions we get asked
- What does a response time actually measure?
- How quickly you hear back from a person who is picking the problem up, not how long the repair takes. A failed hard drive answered inside thirty minutes still needs a replacement drive to arrive. What the commitment removes is the part that makes people angriest, which is silence.
- Which plan do most businesses choose?
- Advanced. It's the level where on-site visits become unlimited and a security operations team is watching overnight, and for most offices between ten and fifty machines those two together are what tips it.
- What's the real difference between Core and Advanced?
- Core covers the machines properly and answers quickly during business hours. Advanced adds a 24/7 security team actively hunting for threats, unlimited on-site visits, Microsoft 365 managed for you, printer support, and faster committed response at every priority below critical.
- Is cloud backup part of the plan?
- It's a per-machine add-on rather than something everyone pays for by default. Backup monitoring and monthly restore testing are included on every plan; the backup service itself is added to the machines that need it, which are listed on your service schedule.
- Is there a fee to get started?
- No onboarding fee and no setup fee to become a client. The only per-machine charge is deploying a new computer you've bought, and that's waived on Premium.
- What happens outside the coverage hours on our plan?
- Critical issues carry the same 30-minute commitment whatever the hour. Other work outside your plan's window is handled as emergency or after-hours labour at the rate in your agreement, and on Premium that's included rather than billed.
