Where we've done this before
A short list, because it only names the industries we actually work in rather than every industry we'd take on.

Plenty of IT companies list a dozen industries with a page each. It reads well and it means very little, because the pages are the same page with a different word at the top.
These three are where we have genuine experience, and where knowing the shape of the business in advance saves everyone time. We work with businesses well outside them too, and there’s no industry we turn away.
Healthcare
Medical, dental and chiropractic practices, where the practice management software is the practice.
Veterinary
Clinics where the practice software, the imaging and the front desk all depend on one machine.
Local government
Township and village offices, where records, public access and a fixed budget all have to work at once.
We’re not in your industry. Does that matter?
Rarely. A twenty-machine office has the same underlying needs whether it sells insurance, fixes machinery or runs a clinic: the computers watched, the backups tested, the network working, and somebody answering when it isn’t. What changes is which software the business can’t operate without for a day, and we work that out during the assessment.
