How we run
Most MSPs publish a values page nobody enforces. We work small enough to actually live by these.
We don't have an offshore tier. Every technician who works on your environment is based in Greater Lansing.
EDR, MDR and immutable backups on every endpoint we manage. The same stack the enterprise pays for — included, not upsold.
You'll know your engineer's first name. We work on a small enough scale that we know your stack and your staff by name.
If something breaks twice, the runbook was wrong — not the engineer. We document everything so the second time is shorter than the first.
